Thank you for supporting my work! Each art print is carefully printed, packaged, and shipped to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Below, you'll find details on shipping costs, delivery times, and packaging information.

Shipping Costs

  • UK: £5

  • Europe: £13.50

  • US: £15.00

  • Rest of the World: £16.50

**Please be aware that customs duties may be charged on deliveries outside the UK, including Europe and the rest of the world. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.**

Processing and Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

  • Europe: Up to 25 working days, depending on the destination.

  • Rest of the World: Up to 32 working days. 

  • Please note that international deliveries may be delayed by postal services or customs processing.

During busy times of the year, especially around Christmas, delivery times may be longer than usual. If you're ordering a gift, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and preparation before dispatch.

Shipping Method

  • I partner with dStudio in Essex, UK, who handles the printing and dispatch of all orders. All packages are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Service for peace of mind and security.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

Packaging

  • Each print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Prints are nestled between sheets of acid-free tissue paper, secured between cardboard sheets, and shipped inside a recyclable mail bag made from sugar cane.

  • All packaging materials used are recyclable and plastic-free. I partner with dStudio to print and deliver my products, they have been a carbon-neutral print studio since 2020. You can read more about their environmental efforts and policies here.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once the order has been dispatched, and if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Delivery & Packaging Notes

  • Please note that all art prints are carefully packaged and are slightly larger than A4 size. As a result, they will not fit through most standard letterboxes. If you're not available to receive the parcel, it may be left with a neighbour or taken to your local post office for collection.

  • To ensure safe delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel, or use a delivery address where it can be securely accepted.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me at nanetteregan[@]gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • Returns Policy: As each artwork is printed especially for you, it cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us a photo of both the damaged package and the print. We'll promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Please note that Royal Mail requires the recipient to wait a specified amount of time before a claim for lost items can be filed:

    • For UK orders, this period is 10 working days.

    • For international orders, this period is 25 working days.

    • If your item has not arrived after this time frame, please get in touch and we will start the claims process.

Limited Editions

  • Since the prints are limited edition, once an artwork sells out, it will not be restocked. Be sure to place your order soon to guarantee availability.
