Returns & Exchanges Policy

As each artwork is printed especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nanetteregan[@]gmail.com and send us a photo of both the damaged package and the print. We'll promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost.

If your package is lost in transit or hasn't arrived, please reach out to us as soon as possible. For UK orders, Royal Mail requires a waiting period of 10 working days before a claim can be filed. For international orders, the waiting period is 25 working days. If your item hasn't arrived after this time frame, please get in touch by emailing <TO BE CONFIRMED>
